Meet Red Johnny—a striking new cultivar featuring vivid red skin matched with a creamy white interior. This variety is one of the first to combine red‑skinned / white‑fleshed tubers with marked resistance to Potato Virus Y (PVY), giving growers an edge against the usual yield‑ and quality‑losses.
The tubers offer excellent size, with medium‑shallow eyes, and are known to store well.
Red Johnny reaches full maturity in 85‑90 days, though it can be harvested earlier for tender “baby potatoes.”
